The district uses an online Work Order system to monitor and track our work orders.
From June 1, 2006 to August 26, 2011 the Maintenance department has received 10640 request for work to be done in the district. Of the 10640 orders, 2 are currently in the approval process, 490 are in progress, 15 were declined, 19 were duplicate requests, and 30 are on hold for various reasons. 9949 work orders have been completed by our Maintenance staff.
Our district employs a maintence crew consisting of 1 plumber, 1 electrician, 3 maintenance workers, a warehouse worker, a groundskeeper, and 3 utility workers.
Our grounds crew takes care of the Football, Soccer, and Practice fields. They also mow all of the open area around each of our 13 buildings. Approximately 130 acres are cared for by our dedicated staff!
