Bolich 8th Grade Washington DC 2021
* We are advertising this tour for the FALL OF 2021. Current 7TH grade students are receiving this information. Advertising now allows parents to use a payment schedule prior to the start of next year.
Fall 2021 Bolich 8TH Grade Students have the opportunity to tour Washington DC. The tour will depart Thursday, October 7th at approx. 4pm and return Saturday, October 9th at approx. 9pm (No School missed)
Tour Price Per Student: $375.00 (Same price as 2018 !). Includes Barons Bus Lines motorcoach transportation, 2 nights lodging (students 4 per room) at Hilton Hotel, 7 meals: 1 Thursday, 3 Friday, 3 Saturday, custom hoodie pp, Traveling Classrooms Tour Manager Per Motorcoach, all taxes & gratuities…No Extras !
* Chaperones are Bolich School Staff (Mrs. McIntyre is the lead chaperone) * Ratio is 1per 10-12 students.
Parent Pre-Trip Meeting: May 11th at 6pm in our school gymnasium
*Traveling Classrooms and Bolich Staff will discuss and answer questions concerning this tour. We expect this meeting to last 30-45 minutes. * If the meeting is in May, deposits will be accepted that night. * Social Distancing and Masks per CDC guidelines required.
* $ 100.00 Deposit Due May 21st, 2021 (Mailed to Traveling Classrooms)
** Parents: Late deposits are only accepted on a “space available basis”
* $ 150.00 2nd Payment Due July 23, 2021 (Mailed to Traveling Classrooms)
* $ 125.00 Balance Due August 27th, 2021 (Mailed to Traveling Classrooms)
** Parents: All trip moneys must be paid in full on September 6th. No late payments accepted.
** You may also make payments with credit cards using the Venmo App. (3% convenience fee to your account) **

**REFUND POLICIES-PARENTS PLEASE NOTE*: Individual cancellations will result in $100 deposit loss. Any student receiving Out of School Suspension will be cancelled from tour participation. Please be aware, the tour company will follow all refund policies listed. Chaperones have complete control on student cancellations. * Balance Refund Policy: Cancellation 28+ days from departure- Full Balance Refund. Cancellation 27-0 days- $50 refund. All refund requests must be emailed to Traveling Classrooms. Traveling Classrooms will issue tour vouchers for all participants if tour is rescheduled due to conditions beyond our control. The school trip coordinators will make the final decision. * Traveling Classrooms will retain $50 per student if tour is cancelled by the school after May 21st. All other payments will be refunded.
** PARENT PLEASE NOTE: Seats are limited per motorcoach. Reservations are taken on a “first received, first served” basis. The 1st motorcoach has 48 student seats available. The 49 student becomes “wait listed until the 80th student deposits. The 2nd motorcoach is confirmed. The total number of students for 2 motorcoaches is 96. The 97th student is “wait listed” until the 120 student deposits. The 3rd motorcoach is confirmed. The total number of students for 3 motorcoaches is 144. * If a “wait listed student doe not make the trip, the deposit is refunded in full.
