Cuyahoga Falls Tech Dept. "drive up window" for repair and distribution

If your student has an issue with the school issued Chromebook, BEFORE looking to get a replacement loaner, please have the student talk to their teacher. Many times software issues can be fixed remotely or are caused by your Internet connection.

If, however, your student’s Chromebook has a physical hardware issue, such as will not power up, will not charge, has a cracked screen, etc.

Please do the following:
1.Clean the unit with an alcohol-based cleaner (i.e. Purell, make-up wipes, etc)
2.Place the unit in a plastic bag (seal the bag if possible).
3.Complete this form

4.Go to the designated drop off/pick up point at CFHS.--the parking lot off of Thomas Ct. (behind CFHS and near the Auto Shop/tennis courts). At the entrance to the Career Tech. wing, under that portico you will see a cart labeled for drop off and another for pick up.

--Place the bag with broken chromebook on the designated drop-off cart.
--Take the loaner unit, with your students name on it, off of the pick-up cart.

Currently, we have no specific time or date when the repair will be completed. The unit being issued is a loaner until the original is returned.  For Questions, email:
